Have you been waiting for the Coombe and Jones team to become more “e-friendly?”  Good news awaits you as our online capabilities have just expanded!

Our favorite new amenity is our email appointment reminders.  When you sign up for this feature, you will receive an email two weeks prior to your upcoming hygiene appointment.  Within the same email you will be able to confirm or send us a message about your appointment.  Confirming by email will also allow you to avoid our persistent reminder phone calls.

Another exciting online element is being able to view your account through the web.  When you sign up for account accessibility we will issue you a user name and password which will allow you to sign on to our secure server.  From here, you will be able to view and update your personal information such as phone number, address, and insurance coverage.  You’ll also be able to view and print your recent procedures, payments and treatment plan items.  For even further convenience, you will be able to see upcoming dental appointments for the entire family!
