About Our Office We take pride in our office environment. The waiting room is much like an English tea room. We offer a variety of beverages on a serving cart, and we bake cookies most days. What? Aren't cookies bad for your teeth? Actually, not if you follow our rules for good dental hygiene! There's nothing like a cookie (even the aroma) to help bring up the seratonin levels in the brain - it's a natural tranquilizer. We also provide a variety of reading material and toys for the kids. and a wonderful massage chair that feels like the hands of a real masseuse. Although we are very conscientious about keeping waiting time to a minimum, for those patients who come early to relax, or for those waiting for a patient, we want it to be a pleasure. Our operatories all have a beautiful view of the mature pines that shade the windows. They are designed to provide patient privacy and exceptional comfort. CD's and headphones are available to those who wish to listen to music while in the chair. Our office is located in the medical-dental community of Scripps Drive. This lovely tree-lined street offers plenty of free parking and is conveniently located 2 miles from the Arden Fair Mall and 1 mile from Highway 50. (See "Directions" on this site.) The Fun Side Besides the snacks and the view, we like to make coming to the dentist a little bit fun. We offer "DjB Bucks" for on-time arrivals, keeping up with continuing care appointments, and paying co-pays at time of service. Patients trade them in for gift certificates to Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, McDonalds, movie tickets, etc. We also hold a monthly drawing for gift certificates and prizes We hold an annual drawing for a Mexican Vacation to Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. No wonder our patients love us.
