Payment and Insurance Options

We accept most insurance plans and bill them as a courtesy to our patients.  

We are a participating provider for Delta Premier, Delta DPO & MetLife

We offer these payment options:

 Visa, Mastercard, & Discover

 ATM cards, checks, and cash.

We also offer payment plans through Care Credit, including low payment and deferred-interest plans.

We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens.

We offer a 10% discount when a person pays for his/her entire treatment plan in advance.  To receive this discount, the payment must be received on or before the day treatment begins, and within 3 months of the treatment plan date.  If the patient has insurance, the discount applies to the patient's portion.

We offer various rewards including:

Teeth Whitening for Life - for qualitifed patients

DJB Notes - collect and trade for gift certificates and products

Monthly drawings for gift certificates and movie tickets

Annual Drawing for a Cancun (or Puerto Vallarta) Vacation

  We have found that most people are conscientious about paying for the services they receive, and we are dedicated to keeping prices down for them.  One way that we do this is to collect payment at the time service is rendered. 

We discourage billing because it drives up costs for our patients. Besides requiring extensive employee and doctor time, some accounts become uncollectable. We do our best to minimize these problems so that we can continue to maintain average prices for exceptional care.
