Recently, a new patient who had not seen a dentist in quite some time arrived at our office jittery and fearful to the point of tears.  We soon had her comfortable and even laughing. A few days later, we received a card from her which read. "Dr. Berg is a kind and patient man. . .  and I love Grace. She makes me laugh even when I'm afraid." 

We are always pleased to receive notes and cards from our patients telling us that "it didn't hurt."  We do our best to make your experience as comfortable and as pleasant as possible without compromising the care that will provide you with optimal dental health. 

  Grace has been Dr. Berg's chairside assistant since his earliest years as a dentist, She has always been an integral part of his successful practice.  She drives over an hour to work each day because of her devotion to the patients she serves and to the teamwork she and Dr. Berg have established over the years.  While Dr. Berg especially appreciates her technical skills and personal integrity, patients also appreciate her warmth and concern for their comfort.  Grace is a true professional with a big heart.  She is also bi-lingual, which our Spanish-speaking patients appreciate

Sandi  has been our hygienist for many years.  Patients love her. She comes with years of experience and standards that are in perfect harmony with Dr. Berg's. On top of that, she has that special talent for making patients feel comfortable.  Her quick wit and personality provide us all with our daily dose of laughter.  It is not uncommon to hear patients laughing throught treatment.  But Sandi takes her work very seriously.  She is very thorough in every respect and enjoys educating her patients.  Sandi is definitely a people person.  Our patients actually look forward to their visits with her.  Sandi's work days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. 

   Rose  is new to our practice and will be our Tuesday hygienist starting October 2009.  This is what people are saying about her:  "She has a natural way of making patients feel comfortable, at ease, and humored all at once...  she has the technicals skills to be thorough and yet gentle."  Rose encourages open communication and loves feedback.  She is dedicated to improving the health of her patients and takes time to educate and answer questions.  She has proven to be a caring and dedicated professional, a great addition to our team.  Sandi and Rose graduated from the same hygiene program and have similar practice ethics and protocol.  We believe we are bringing you the very best in hygiene care with Sandi and Rose. 

   Kristel joined our practice at the beginning of 2009 as a D.A. and has since finished her R.D.A. She assists with both the front office tasks and in the back office as a dental assistant.  We feel very lucky to have found her.  Our patients are loving her warm caring manner, her sparkle, and her attentiveness.  She just fits right in as she goes the extra mile, helps us stay efficient, and reaches out to patients in a genuine effort to make sure their needs are met.

 Aileen has been with us for many years, and presently works part time in the front office bringing a measure of efficiency that helps us serve you better.  Everybody loves Aileen.  Her kind and cheerful manner has always made the office a pleasant place to work.  It's always a better day when Aileen is in the office.
