Dr. Glazer's office is located on the third floor of the Touro Medical Office Building on the Touro Medical Campus adjacent  to New Orleans' beautiful Garden District. 

The office is at 3525 Prytania, which is a block upriver from Louisiana Avenue and a block to the riverside of St. Charles Avenue.
