Marianne McAlees started her career in the medical industry working in a variety of different practices including, OB/GYN, Internal medicine and Cardiology. I moved her career focus to Dentistry in the late 90’s; she worked for over nine years in a private practice where she worked as a treatment coordinator and office manager. During this time I was involved with the Paragon Management Program attending many continuing educational courses on office management and profitability.

I became a certified Dentrix® trainer in 2009 and also won Rookie Trainer of the year. In the years since becoming a certified trainer I have worked with hundreds of practices in many states conducting Dentrix training; and/or consulting on thief prevention, practice management and revenue growth. I also has been an Insight Seminar presenter for Dentrix, along with conducting quarterly Study Clubs in Columbus and Cincinnati. I continues to refine my Dentrix and office management skills by participating in all the Dentrix® Train the Trainers annual convention.

Marianne enjoys spending time with her two children and four grand children along with travel (especially the Caribbean)and boating. She lives with her husband Mark of 37 years in Belle Center, Ohio.
