| Payment Options The easiest way to make your payment is online. Just click on "Pay Online", create your user name and password and then you will have access to your account.
You can also pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of services in our office. We can also process your debit/credit card payments over the phone.
We are currently a provider for Delta Dental Insurance. We will also gladly submit your claim to your dental insurance company if you provide us with your insurance information. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call 812-372-6165.
