We do require payment of services rendered on the date of service. For your convenience, you can pay for your office visits and any treatment by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. As a requirement to help file your insurance, we must maintain a valid major credit card on file.  As a courtesy to you, we will gladly file your primary insurance once per visit. Should your carrier fail to make a payment, you are expected to pay your balance and deal directly with your insurance company.  We will assist you should additional information be required. 

In regards to financing and interest-free payment plans, we do accept the CareCredit, a healthcare credit card spedicically deisgnd to ay or treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. To discuss your payment options, please call (770) 591-7929.
