Meet the Team

Paul Todd Rose, DDS, MSD

Dr. Rose grew up in Elkview, WV.  He recieved his Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from West Virginia University School of Agriculture and Forestry in Morgantown, West Virginia in 1986.  He then attended the West Virginia School of Dentitsry where he received his Doctor aof Dental Surgery degree in 1989.  Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center then went into private practice for a year before deciding to return to school and completed an additional two years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Riley's  Children's Hospital at Indiana University where he obtained his Master's of Science in Dentistry degree in 1993.  He has been in private practice since 1993.  He is married to Rachel Andrada and has two sons.  In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and farming.

Rachel Andrada-Rose, DDS

Dr. Andrada was born and raised in the Philippines.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Medical Technology at Marshall University in 1987.  She attended West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown, West Virginia and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1991.  Following dental schoool, she completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency at The Ohio State University School of Dentistry.  She went on to serve as the Research Coordinator at the Oral Health Research Institute at Indiana University before joining her husband, Dr. Rose, in private practice.    She enjoys traveling and photography.

Joyce Andrada, Office Manager

Pat Shumate, Accounts Coorditor

Pat has been with our practice for 2 years, but not new to the billing aspects of the dental office. She brings to our office multiple years of billing experience from an Oral Surgery practice.  Her hobbies include shopping, motorcycle riding, reading, collecting Mickey Mouse paraphernalias and Fiestaware.  She is married and has a Boxer fur baby named Mickey Mouse II,

Debbie Helmondollar, Administrative Assistant

Debbie has been employed at Andrada & Rose Dentistry since 1995.  She and her husband, John, have been married for 32 years.  They are the proud parents of two daughters, but the greatest is being Grammy!  She is a member of Coal City Church of God where she teaches children's church and sings in the choir.  Making sure patients enjoy their dental experience has always been a priority.  Happy kids always makes her smile!

Jessica Cooley, Administrative Assistant

Jessica has been with the practice since May 2014.  She lives in Beckley with her husband and two children.  Her hobbies include cooking and traveling.  She loves spending time with the other members of her family, her dogs.  She and family take advantage of living in the Mountain State by taking in all the outdoor activities as much as they can.  She thoroughly enjoys her time spent at Andrada & Rose Dentistry and loves getting to know the patients and their families and also loves helping them in anyway she can.

Melinda Lester, Administrative Assistant

Melinda has been with Andrada & Rose Dentistry since September 2014.  She is happily married for 24 years,  a proud mom of two wonderful boys and soon-to-be a proud grandparent.  Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family but also enjoys dancing and riding her motorcycle.  She loves her job, her co-workers and all the wonderful patients we have!

Jessica has been a wonderful addition to our team since 2012.  She has been working as a dental assistant for four years prior to joining us at Andrada & Rose Dentistry.  Her hobbies include sewing and the outdoors.  She is a mother of one and enjoys helping patients improve their smile.

Melinda Lilly, Dental Assistant

Melinda came to our office in 2015 and has been in the dental field for 20 years.  She is married to her high school sweetheart, Henry, for 26 years.  They do not have any children but do have a fur baby.  She enjoys reading and cooking.
