MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Julius M. Kong graduated from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) with a degree in Biochemistry and received his D.D.S. from the University of Southern California. He has been actively involved in community service and has traveled throughout Califonia to treat patients in low income communities. he was a staff member on the USC Mobile Dental Clinic, Doctors Out to Care, Ayuda Clinic, Union Mission Dental Clinic, and Queen's Care Clinic. He received the Public Dental Health Award.

Dr. Kong is happily married to his dental classmate, Dr. Nancy Leung.  They are looking forward to their new role as parents.  Dr. Kong's hobbies include traveling playing golf, tennis, and reading.

Dr. Nancy Leung received her B.S. degree with honors from the University of Southern Califonia. She graduated at the top of her dental class, also from USC. She received training in orthodontics and her Master of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.She received many scholarships and awards including American College of Dentists Scholarship, Robert Wallins Memorial Scholarship, from Omicron Kappa Upsilon, USA Group Scholarship, and the Dr and Mrs. J. A. Slaughter Endowed Scholarsip. In addition Dr. Leung has publishied in several dental journals including: American Journal of Orthodontics & Dentalofacial Orthopedics, Journal of Periodontology, and Journal of Dental Research.
