Philosophy of treatment:

My job as a dentist is to explain to every patient what treatment options are available and to help each patient make an educated decision based on this information.

It is my goal to be sure that all patients are aware of different options and treatments and to present the pros and cons in each case.  I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated:  with compassion, a caring attitude, and quality dentistry.  Communication is extremely important in dentistry, and I try my best to listen to and understand my patients’ needs.  My staff and I will do our best to make you feel comfortable and we welcome your questions and concerns so that we can provide you and your family with the best dental care.

Hello, my name is Michelle

I graduated from the WSU dental hygiene program in 1988.  I have worked for

Dr. Esau since 1991.  He has some of the latest technology available for our

patients.  We offer digital x-rays and our computerized program helps the

patients see first hand what is going on in their mouths.  I have enjoyed

getting to know my patients over the years, they make my job very rewarding.

Hi  I’m Talisha

I have worked for Dr. Todd since 2005.  I have been a registered dental hygienist since 2001, after graduating from WSU.  Prior to that, I completed the dental assisting program at Salino Vo-Tech and worked in the field as a dental assistant for five years.  I enjoy the dental field as a whole and love working with people.  I am compassionate and genuinely care for the patient's needs.  I like to educate and motivate individuals to make positive changes in their oral health and find my profession very rewarding when patients do so.

I have been a part a Dr. Esau’s front office team since 1997.  I am married to a great husband, Rob, and have three children and one grandbaby.  I look forward to helping you with any questions you may have about scheduling appointments, dental insurance or other information about our office.  Dr. Esau has an awesome dental team and we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

I have been working for Dr. Esau since 2007 and have enjoyed working with

this wonderful staff.  I have worked in the medical/dental field for over 25 years. 

I have been married to my best friend since 1972, have two sons, one

grandson and one granddaughter.  Call our office and I would love to help you

Hi, my name is Kristie

I have been in the dental assisting field since graduating from Salina Assisting VoTech in 1982.  I have worked for Dr. Esau since July 1999 as a clinical assistant and I am also certified as a supragingival scaler to provide limited hygiene services to our patients.  I enjoy working with people to educate them in all aspects of the dental field.  I hope to see you soon.
