Payment

Please be aware that any parent or guardian bringing a patient to our office is responsible for payment of the professional fees at time of service. When we require a payment, we accept whatever you feel comfortable using : cash, check or ANY type of credit card.

Insurance

Any insurance policy is a contract that is between you, as the patient, and the insurance carrier.  If you have any questions regarding your insurance plan, we ask that you contact your carrier prior to your visit.

Participating Networks

Our office participates with MetLife, Cigna, Delta Dental (Advatage and Premier) ,United Concordia, Tricare, Aetna and SOME United Healthcare ( please contact this insurance company to see that you would be in-network ).  As a courtesy for our patients, we submit insurance claims after each visit.  However, it is the patients responsibility to follow up with the insurance company should there be a problem or delay in payment.
