  1. Cash-includes a 15% discount paid upfront with a personal check and money orders.
  2. 12% paid upfront Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. 
  3. CareCredit-the monthly payment plan we offer as a separate line of credit to cover you and your family member's healthacare needs.
