Thank You for choosing Mark Barnes, D.D.S., LTD. Our primary Mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

We offer a 15% courtesy accounting adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment with cash,check, or 12% for use of a major credit card at the initiation of treatment. These discounts are predicated upon compliance with our payment terms otherwise our fee for service prices prevail.

Please note:

 Mark Barnes, D.D.S.,LTD. requires payment arrangements made prior to treatment and payment in full of completion of your treatment plan. We accept payment in thirds for treatments over $300.00. We also offer in-house financing for treatments over $300.00. We charge 2% interest on all past due accounts. For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. A fee of $40.00 is charged for patients who miss or cancel more than 3 times in a calendar year without 24-hour notice. In the interest of maintaining the fairness and integrity of our appointment system, and to assure the availability of appointments to our patients for necessary treatment, we ask for a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Mark Barnes, D.D.S.,LTD. charges $25 for returned checks.
